I need some help with this code. I know that it is includes selective coronary angiography.
Medicare is denying 92975 when billed with PTCA and some other insurances are paying. I'm very confused. I also know that TPA is included in 92941 PCI with AMI.
Thank you I'd appreciate some feedback.
