Hi :)
In my Cardiology client our provider has done 92978 (IVUS) only and some other provider(not our provider) has done 93454 for the same day. since 92978 is add on code cant bill alone, please suggest how to file to our provider to get payment on it.

Since the other provider does not seem to be within your group ( that is how I read it) all you can bill is an unlisted code and send in your documentation. If denied I would appeal your doctor should get paid something. Shoud these docotrs be in the same group they have to work this out between themselves.
