Every 92980-RC is bening denied by Medicare as CO-B12 (requries qualifying procedure be received and covered...the qualifying procedure has not been received/adjudicated). What "qualifying" procedure would 92980 require? :confused:
(BTW these are all from 2010).

I would call them to find out. That doesn't make sense to me either because you can bill that alone. Let me know what they say to you.
