Wiki 93015 Medicare denying with 78452

We received multiple denials since the first of the year from medicare on CPT code 93015 when done with 78452 for nuclear stress test. Denial states "HPSA/Physician scarcity bonus can only be paid on the professional component of this service. Rebill as a separate professional and technical components"
Has anyone received this denial? Are you billing 93016 and 93018 instead of 93015.

we bill 93015 with a 59 modifier along with 78452 and A9500, J2785. A few years back we put a 51 modifier on the 93015. How do others bill for a nuclear stress test in an office setting?

curious if this is the right way to bill - my provider is thinking about doing this charge but I was seeing that that those codes should be bundled for medicare. Is that right?

In a clinic setting we bill 78452 and 93015, no modifiers. 78452 and 93015 do not bundle (in our area). Is your denial because you're in a HPSA area?
