Is anyone else getting denials from Todays Options Medicare for the 93293 billed with V45.01? Medicare is paying for this procedure billed this way and there is no LCD that I can find for the phone check. Any ideas as to how to get them to pay for this if Medicare is paying?

We are only getting denials when one gets accidently billed before the 90+1 days are up. These can only be billed every 90 days. Also, you might try using V53.31 as dx instead of V45.01, that's the dx we are using here for the pacer checks
