I keep getting denials from Medicare for 93298 and 93297 when the patient also sees provider same DOS. On a separate claim 99214-25 and 93010 are billed. My claim is showing denial for 93298 or 93297 with this as the reason: This procedure or procedure/modifier combination is not compatible with another procedure or procedure/modifier combination provided on the same day. I'm sure how to fix this to get it covered since modifier 25 is already on the E/M on the separate claim. Can anyone help?? Thanks in advance :)
