A Keystone Mercy patient had a complete stress echo (93351) done in our cardiology office and the claim is being denied as the code is not on the PA MA Fee Schedule and we need a different code.

Does anyone have a different code(s) for the complete stress echo that would be on the PA MA Fee Schedule (their website is not helpful at all!)
