Wiki 93356 Myocardial strain

For professional coding, when myocardial strain is done with a complete echo. The echo is billed on the date the echo was interpreted. However, the strain is PC/TC 0 which is supposed to be billed on the date it was perform. 93356 is an add on code. How is this supposed to be billed when the echo was interp a few days after it was perform?

• Date of Service:
  The date of service for 93356 is the same as the date the primary echocardiogram (e.g., 93303, 93306, 93350) was performed. This is the date the patient received the service.

No, I have not. But we've been using the date of the echo interp even though it was read a few days later.
