Should 93463 be coded when during a RHC a patient is given a fluid challenge of 500 ml Normal Saline? I am hesitant to bill as the description for 93463 states Pharmacologic Agent and wasn't sure is Normal Saline would qualify.

If not, is there another code that could be used?
