Can someone explain when we would use:
93463 - Pharmacological agent administered to invoke stress on coronary vessels and measure blood flow
vs
93571 - intervascular doppler velocity and/or pressure derived coronary flow reserve measurement during coronary angiography; including pharmacologically induced stress.
