Is anyone having problems getting 93571-26 paid? What is the correct modifier for this code. I have tried everything and and I cant find anything in Novitas that something has changes. We never had problems with this code until just recently. I have tried it with just the 26 and then I have tried adding one of these modifiers 59 or XU, and location/ Our appeals people can not get an answer on this when calling the Insurance companies..
