is there anyway I can get 93571 paid individually for my interventional cardiologist. he is the only one in the area, and if another cardiologist does the cath (and he is billed under a diff tax id) and then my dr does the flow reserve is there anything I can do to get mine paid. I would appreciate any help or direction I can get.
