93641 with dx 414.8, 428.22 780.2
and 92960-59 with dx 427.31

I didnt think that the atrial fib made a difference to the procedure . It seems like this would still be included in the 93641 code
Please advise:confused:

No because the heart cath, by nature, is diagnositc. The Cardioversion is therapeutic and since patient is in A-fib it is appropriate to bill for it. You can also look at NCCI and see that these codes are not bundled.
