Has anybody had trouble getting paid for 93623 when billing 93653? thanks Sandy
 
Use a 59 modifier on the 93623. AMA corrected the foot note in the CPT 93623 and added 93653, 93654 and 93656. See the AMA correction Errata and also Zhealth recently published a newletter on this change and other changes with EP Ablation codes that is very helpful.
