Wiki 93799 denying for POS-INPT-Medicare

Hi all

Medicare is denying 93799(unlisted cardio procedure) saying that it is conflicting with the place of service-INPT. We have called Medicare several times on this and they keep saying the same thing. Has anyone else had this issue?
