Can someone please tell me if 94070 is to be billed as 1 unit or do I bill however many spirometries we did. We did baseline spirometry (94010), then we gave increasing doses of the agent. We did spirometry at timed intervals after each agent along with vitals, etc. Patient began to wheeze after 4th dose.
The description of 94070 is "multiple determinations with administered agents". Do I bill 94010 1 unit, and then 94070 as one unit or as 4 units?m Thanks
