Was wondering if anyone was aware if 94640 could be billed with the 94664? This is a nebulizer tx and then the demo for the neb tx. I didn't see anything in the code book saying not to bill together. Any suggestions? Thanks
 
yes they may be billed together if both are documented. also add 25 to e&m. the only time i don't post is if parent already familiar with nebs with a sibling. sometimes that is in note. it would be applicable if child was not improving. hope that helps lburke cpedc
