How many bullets do you count by the 95/97 guidelines?

General: Pleasant gentleman appearing slightly older then his stated age. Alert and oriented X3. GCS 15
HEENT: Shows a repaired laceration of the right lateral orbital rim.
Neurologic: 2+ biceps, triceps, brachioradialis, patella and deep tendon reflexes bilaterally. Full strength in deltoid, biceps, triceps, wrist extensors, interossei, quads, plantar dorsi, and ehl's bilaterally. Plantar responses are flexor. No clonus. Cranial nerves II thru XII intact. No pronator drift.
