I know that the neck is a body area. If the physician states that the neck is supple without thyroid enlargement or nodules, can this fit into a system. I do not see the endocrine system listed in the recognized organ systems for an exam, although it is listed in the body systems for the ROS. Am I correct in thinking that the above doumentation would not give credit for an organ system, but would give a credit for a body area.
