Does anyone know of an article that compares and contrasts the differences between the 95 and 97 guidelines? We are trying to come up with an easy comparison to determine what the differences are between the two.

Here is a link to an article that explains the main differences between the 2. CMS also has a MLN about it, but it is VERY lengthy, not quite as cut-and-dry as this other article.
