95165 Is NDC number needed

My company's billing system has a built-in edit for the addition of an NDC number for CPT 95165. I question this because from what I have been told the primary component of allery extract/antigen is saline and NDC Numbers correspond to HCPCS codes. I don't do enough of allergy billing to be certain of this and can't find info in this subject. Can anyone help with this question?
