During immunotherapy, does the # of units prepared by the physician equal the # of doses which are reported on the claim when billing?

I have two vials of antigens with total volume of 5ml each for patient.

If I am reading CMS Regs correctly, no more than 10 doses should be billed per preparation of vials and no more than 120 doses/year.

I am feeling as clear as mud....can anyone help, please?:
