Does 95180 include the allergen introduced?

My provider did a rapid desensitization on a patient who was sensitive to the flu shot.

he reported 95180, can he also report the flu vaccine 95180 (the pt received a full dosage during the procedure) and the administration? 95071

(There was no reaction to the flu vaccine during this encounter)
