Hi all. I have an office that has recently started doing unattended sleep studies--they hook up the equipment & show the patient how to operate, & then send the collected data in for interpretation. They were told to use CPT 95806 & 94660. I'm not familiar enough with the procedures to know what needs to be included in the documentation. I know there will be an outside report from when the information obtained is interpreted, but what do we need to have documented on our side to bill for our portion of the process? Any help is appreciated.
