Can someone shed some light on codes 95867 (EMG) and 65920 (monitoring). Can the same physican who perform a surgery i.e. 60240 (Thyroidectomy) bill for 95867 and 65920 at the same time of the surgery? I have read no for medicare and yes for commerical with mod 26. If so what are the requirement for documentation. Thanks
