I have started receiving denials from Humana medicare for EMG's stating needs anatomical modifier??
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi, I am also receiving denials from Humana on 95886. I usually add modifier.

95886 modifier 59 r 50 when appropriate. I've been getting denials this past week. They were paying before and yes, I do include the Auth. with the correct codes and DX's. Please Help.

Same here. I am trying to see if there is a update I have UHC also denying and MCR has started to deny as well.
