Can anyone give insight on this CPT 95908?

I have NCS testing for carpal tunnel and I am questioning if I should be using the 95905-preconfigured array of electrodes instead of coding the nerves 95907-95913 and 95885/95886.

How would I determine from a procedure note if it is preconfigured set up.
