Has anyone had any luck with disputing the CPT Code 95941 with United Healthcare? I realize that their policy states that they only recognize the G0453 but UHC has been pre-authorizing the 95941 for us and then denying the code when we submit our claim as an "incorrect code".

I am just wondering if anyone has had success with getting the 95941 to pay. My boss is not wanting to switch our coding to the G0453 since it is a Medicare specific code and limits the reimbursement to the provider based on description.

Any information that you can provide would be helpful.
