Wiki 95953-26 24 hr EEG unattended

I've received a denial from Anthem stating 95953-26 is an invalid code for service date 10/1/2015. The service is rendered as out-patient hospital. Our Neurologist is doing the interpertation and we are billing place of service 22. Everthing I see indicated the code is still valid. Has anyone run into this denial????

Its a valid code. Any chance it was accidentally billed with an ICD-9 DX? The October date is highly suspicious of a DX denial
