I'm new to Pt coding and really confused regarding the Canalith repositioning codes. The LCD tells me therapists can bill as 95992. I have a copy of the April 2013 PT, OT CMS billing guide that tells me they can't and use 97112. I feel like I'm missing something. Can anyone tell me what your understanding of this is. Thank you so much for any help.
