Can anyone tell me if 96101 can be billed by a psychologist?

And can psychological testing be done and billed by a psychologist?

What is taking the place of M0064. Should 99212 be used?

yes and yes, lol. You are correct on all. Of note, a M0064/99212 can NOT be bille dby psychologist though, unless it is in their state scope which its not in all but like 2 states i believe
