Experiencing denials for CPT 96110 with the Trillium/Medicaid Carolina Complete payer , denials states code is a mental health code and should only be billed to Trillium instead of Carolina complete when done with a Wellness Exam .
Has anyone else seen this denial , any suggestions ,or updates I may have missed when filing code , or updates with Diagnosis being the Wellness encounter diagnosis ??
