If someone please shed some light? Our providers starting to bill 96110 for ASQ3 (Ages & Stages questionnaire) along with Well visit (99381-99395); Ideally, we asked parents to complete questionnaire online & results are discussed on the day of their Well visit. If parents did not complete the questionnaire, we would asked them to complete it after their visit & our clinical staff will pull the results. When this happens, how should we bill the 96110 if we already sent the Well visit charges?
