Hi Our physician is billing 96116 and 96132 together and 96132 is denied. im not in coding but I do not see anything where they cant be billed together. Our coding department said we should send appeal and we did and it was denied? Just asking from a Biller standpoint to understand

What is the denial reason? We bill these codes daily and never have any issues.
