Does anyone know if 96127 brief emotional/ behavioral assessment be coded with psychotherapy code 90832?

Wiki 96127 / 90832 mutually exclusive?

My CCI edit checker says no:
"Code 96127 is a component of column 1 code 90832. Only code 90832 will be reimbursed. No modifiers are allowed to unbundle these services"
In order words, 96127 is bundled into 90832, so I would say no you should/cannot bill 96127 with 90832.
