Our physician requested to see a patient in the office to discuss various issues with her mental health, medications, family issues, physical issues etc. Does this constitute an e/m code such as 99214? or can a 96150 be used? The latter does not pay very much and patient was seen for at least 30 minutes. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
