My doctor who is a Cardiologists and wants to bill a 96365, this was done at the hospital. He supervised the nurse to give the injection, I can not remember the drug but I think it was sotalol. I know the hospital will bill for the drug, The 96365 has to be supervised and he was present. It was for A-FIB . What cpt can we use for the doctor so he can get paid?
