Wiki 96367 and 96365 denying when G0498 is primary!

Can someone help me figure out how to bill codes 96365 or 96367 when G0498 is the primary chemo infusion? We never have this problem when 96413 is primary but when G0498 is primary it doesn't matter if we use 96365 or 96367 for the other infusions....they get denied as "bundled" with G0498.
