What is the difference between 96367 vs 96374 and when can i use them? Like on the incident that the doctor order and IV infusion to patient with gastritis 1l of saline for 2 hrs then order pepcid and zofran for vomitting how will i code and sequence these? Thanks for the help.
 
96367 is an IV infusion of a specific substance or drug where as 96374 is an IV push. How was the 2 medications given to the pt?
