A patient has come in to receive Iron Dextran. The nurses give a test dose as a push, then wait an hour before administering the iron for 3 hours. Because we are a facility, are we able to charge the 96376 for the push (since it was the same drug) with 96365 and 96366? If not, then how do we properly charge?
