I would like to request the help of anyone else who gets MUE denials for patients getting fulvestrant and lupron on the same DOS.
I am submitting a request for reconsideration of the MUE value to CMS in the hopes that they will up it from 2 to 3 (to match 96401).
If anyone else also gets these denials, I would love it if you could also submit a request to CMS at NCCIPTPMUE@cms.hhs.gov
Perhaps if they get messages from several people/organizations, they will be more likely to respond.
I can send a copy of the email I sent with references and information, if anyone wants to use it as a template.
