Our physicians administer Firmagon injections (J9155). The physician administers 120 units on the left abdomen and 120 units on the right abdomen. The way we have been billing this is J9155 (240 units) and 96402, 96402-59. We are having trouble getting the second 96402 paid; it is been denied as a duplicate.

Could we bill J9155 twice each with 120 units and maybe a modifier? Or what would the best way to handle this situation be?
