Would I code below as a chemotherapy injection (96405) or malignant destruction (17xxx)?

Squamous cell carcinoma of skin of trunk, except scrotum
3 x 4.28 cm central area light pink with brown border patch located on right flank
Medical Decision Making: Squamous cell carcinoma of skin of trunk, except scrotum , requires
additional treatment
POC: Imiquimod 5% topical cream [imiquimod 5% topical cream] apply to affected area every other night
Recommendation is dr used(5fu 0.5cc diluted with water 0.5cc) x 2cc injected into scc site + brush
on tca 30% solution.
 
If I am reading correctly, the doctor used BOTH an injection and a topical. I don't know what to do in that situation, but I hope this clarification may enable someone else to understand the question better and provide an answer!
