How would you code this scenario:
The RN pushes a chemo drug over 20 minutes - would you code 96411 because it is an IV push or would you use 96413 because the drug was pushed over 20 minutes? Thanks
 
96411 vs 96413

The nurses can put IV Push, but it is over 20 minutes it is still a Infusion. 96413 would be correct.
