From what I can see, these two codes can be billed together but can you give me a scenerio as to when/why this would occur so I have a beeter understanding of the difference between the codes besides the length of the infusion.
 
Here's scenario we have often:

On day 1 of Folfox regimen, Patient is given Eloxatin over 2 hours in the office (96413 and 96415). The patient is also given 5FU via a portable pump overnight for approximately 22 hours (96416). I've left out all the premeds etc for simplification. ;)
