We are billing 96413 chemo infusion- 1 hr for Provenge, Q2043. I've had no luck at all with this code, anybody billing Provenge and what's the infusion code you're using for payment? Provenge reps insist it's 96413, but Medicare and the like insist included. (CALIFORNIA)

thanks for your input.
 
I'm researching this now, as our providers would like to start administering Provenge, and I came across some additional options for administration (96365-96367). Have you tried those?
