96416 Initial Service?

Hello - Can anybody tell me if 96416 is an "initial service" and would therefore not be coded with 96413 or 96409? Having trouble finding definitive information regarding this question. Thank you.

The code description doesn't indicate that it is "initial" code, so I bill it with a 96413.

96416 Initial Service

I have read articles recently that say you can bill it w/ an initial such as 96413, 96409 ,etc. (depending on how long the initial lasted....if it was a push or over 16 min to be considered an infusion.....I can not recall where the article was published (I read so many!) which would make me think it stands on it's own.... like a blood transfusion does.
