Does anybody bill for 96522?? Our patients come in with an intra-arterial port for chemo administration. What is the appropriate code to use for this service:
Pt has an intra-arterial pump in her abd. It is filled with chemotherapy and our nurses will access the pump and remove the chemo and then flush it. It is not considered a regular port flush.
Please help??
