MY PT SPENT AN HOUR ON A PT REEVALUTION AND I WAS HOPING TO GET SOME EXTRA COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE TIME SHE SPENT. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME THERE IS SOMETHING EXTRA I CAN BILL.

There is only one code for P.T. eval no matter how much time it takes. You can bill other P.T. codes in addition IF the therapist also provided treatment.....But beware most payers have a daily amount cap on P.T. and most plans also have a unit cap for the year. So basically if your therapist spent an extraordianry time on an eval they eat the cost. Hope this helps!
