Does anyone know the proper way to bill 4 units of 97140 with 97124? I was told not to bill units but list the separate line items this way:

97140
97140 - 76
97140 - 76
97140 - 76
97124

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

No. 97140 should be listed on one line with 4 units (1 hour). These are not repeat procedures. Also 76 is limited to circumstances where the code can only be billed with 1 unit.
